Privacy Policy — Gyro Roll

This Privacy Policy describes how Gyro Roll (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Display name — When you submit your high score to the worldwide ranking, the App lets you enter a name (1–16 characters). This name is sent together with your distance score to our ranking server.

Information collected automatically

Device identifier (identifierForVendor) — A per-vendor anonymous identifier provided by iOS, used solely to deduplicate ranking submissions from the same device. It cannot be linked to your Apple ID or personal information.
Approximate location (country/region) — Derived from your IP address by our advertising provider (Google AdMob) for ad targeting.
Advertising identifier (IDFA) — Only collected if you grant permission through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Used by Google AdMob for personalized advertising. If you decline, no IDFA is collected and you will see contextual ads only.
Diagnostic data — Crash logs, performance metrics, and similar technical data collected by Google AdMob SDK to operate and improve their service.
In-app purchase history — Whether you purchased “Remove Ads” (¥300, non-consumable). Stored locally and queried via Apple StoreKit; we do not receive payment information.

3. Third Parties

The App uses the following third-party services:

Supabase Inc. (Ranking server)

Stores your display name, distance score, and identifierForVendor to operate the worldwide ranking feature.

Google LLC (AdMob)

Provides advertising. Collects approximate location, IDFA (with consent), diagnostic data, and ad interaction data.

Processes in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment details.

4. Tracking (ATT)

Gyro Roll uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. On first launch, you will be asked whether to allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

If you allow: Your IDFA is shared with Google AdMob to deliver personalized advertisements.
If you decline: No IDFA is collected. You will see contextual (non-personalized) ads instead.

You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Gyro Roll.

5. Children’s Privacy

Gyro Roll is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

You can request the deletion of your ranking submission (display name + score + device identifier) at any time by contacting us with the device’s identifierForVendor (visible in the Settings screen at the bottom).

7. Data Retention

Ranking submissions are kept indefinitely while the App is active.
Device-local data (settings, unlocked skins, “Remove Ads” status) is kept until you uninstall the App.
Google AdMob and Supabase retain data according to their own policies (linked above).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Gyro Roll (以下「本アプリ」) が利用者の情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

1. 収集する情報

利用者が提供する情報

表示名 — ワールドランキングにスコアを登録する際、利用者が入力する 1〜16 文字の名前。距離スコアと共にランキングサーバーへ送信されます。

自動的に収集される情報

デバイス識別子 (identifierForVendor) — iOS が提供するベンダー固有の匿名 ID。ランキング登録の重複防止にのみ使用。 Apple ID や個人情報と紐付けることはできません。
おおよその場所 (国/地域) — 広告配信サービス (Google AdMob) が利用者の IP アドレスから推定。
広告識別子 (IDFA) — iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) ダイアログで利用者が「許可」した場合のみ収集。 Google AdMob のパーソナライズ広告に使用。拒否した場合は IDFA を収集せず、コンテキスト広告のみ表示されます。
診断データ — クラッシュログ、パフォーマンス指標等。 Google AdMob SDK がサービス運用・改善のために収集。
アプリ内購入履歴 — 「広告を非表示」(¥300、非消耗型) を購入したかどうか。端末ローカルに保存され、 Apple StoreKit 経由で参照。弊社は支払い情報を受け取りません。

4. トラッキング (ATT)

Gyro Roll は Apple の App Tracking Transparency フレームワークを使用しています。初回起動時に、他社のアプリ/Web サイト全体でのトラッキング許可を確認するダイアログが表示されます。

許可した場合: IDFA が Google AdMob と共有され、パーソナライズ広告が配信されます。
拒否した場合: IDFA は収集されず、コンテキスト広告 (パーソナライズなし) のみが表示されます。

選択は 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング → Gyro Roll からいつでも変更できます。

5. 子どものプライバシー

Gyro Roll は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。 13 歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。子どもが個人情報を提供したと考えられる場合は、削除のためご連絡ください。

6. 利用者の権利

ランキング登録 (表示名 + スコア + デバイス識別子) の削除リクエストはいつでも可能です。設定画面の最下部に表示される identifierForVendor と共にご連絡ください。

7. データ保持

ランキング登録は本アプリが稼働している限り保持されます。
端末ローカルのデータ (設定、解放スキン、「広告を非表示」状態) は本アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。
Google AdMob および Supabase は各社のポリシー (上記リンク) に従ってデータを保持します。

8. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される可能性があります。上部の「最終更新」日付に反映されます。変更後も本アプリを継続利用された場合、変更内容に同意したものとみなします。
