プライバシーポリシー
SumJot 開発者（以下「開発者」）は、アプリ「SumJot」で必要以上の情報を扱わず、利用者のデータを利用者の管理下に置くことを大切にします。
1. 基本方針
SumJotは、広告、行動解析、トラッキングを行いません。アプリの利用にアカウント登録は必要なく、開発者が運営する独自のアプリサーバーへ表や金額を送信することもありません。本ポリシーでは、端末、Appleのサービス、お問い合わせ、および本サイトに関する情報の扱いを説明します。
2. アプリ内データ
表の名前、行名、金額、並び順、表示設定その他のアプリデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。ウィジェット表示に必要なスナップショットは、SumJot本体とウィジェットだけが利用するiOSのApp Group共有領域に保存されます。
削除した表は、誤操作から復元できるようアプリ内の「ごみ箱」に最大30日間残ります。利用者は30日を待たず、ごみ箱から完全に削除できます。
3. iCloud同期
SumJot PremiumでiCloud同期を利用すると、表や行などのアプリデータが、利用者のApple Accountに関連付けられたAppleのプライベートCloudKitデータベースを通じて同期されます。SumJotは、この同期データを保存する独自サーバーを運営していません。
iCloudとCloudKitによる処理には、Appleの規約およびAppleプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 購入情報
買い切り購入は、AppleがApp StoreとStoreKitを通じて処理します。開発者がクレジットカード番号その他の決済手段の詳細を取得することはありません。
SumJotは、価格の表示、購入の完了、購入の復元、Premium機能の解放に必要な範囲で、Appleが提供する商品情報、取引の検証結果および利用権情報を読み取ります。
5. Appロック
Appロックを有効にした場合、Face ID、Touch IDまたは端末のパスコードによる認証はiOSが実行します。SumJotおよび開発者は、生体情報そのものを受け取ったり保存したりしません。アプリが受け取るのは、認証に成功したかどうかという結果だけです。
6. 書き出しと共有
CSVまたは画像の書き出しは、利用者が明示的に操作した場合にだけ行われます。書き出し後、利用者が保存先または共有先を選びます。選択した外部サービスでの取扱いには、そのサービスの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
7. 広告・解析・トラッキング
SumJotには、広告SDK、アクセス解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDKその他の第三者SDKを組み込んでいません。広告識別子を利用せず、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたぐトラッキングも行いません。アプリのプライバシーマニフェストは、トラッキングなし、収集データカテゴリなしとして構成されています。
8. お問い合わせ
利用者がメールで問い合わせる場合、開発者は利用者が任意に送信したメールアドレス、メッセージ本文および添付ファイルを受け取ります。これらは、問い合わせへの回答、報告された問題の調査、不正利用の防止、および法的義務への対応にのみ使用します。
問い合わせ情報は、これらの目的に合理的に必要な期間だけ保持し、その後削除します。ただし、紛争対応や法令により保持が必要な場合を除きます。問い合わせメールはGoogleのGmailを利用して処理されるため、Googleのサービス上でも処理されます。
問い合わせ情報の確認または削除を希望する場合は、hitorigoto.app@gmail.comへご連絡ください。本人確認や法的な保持義務により、希望に沿えない場合があります。
9. 削除と利用者の選択
- 行や表は、アプリ内で削除できます。
- 削除した表は、ごみ箱から直ちに完全削除するか、30日後の自動削除を待つことができます。
- アプリを削除すると端末内のローカルデータは削除されますが、iOSのバックアップや復元の仕組みに残る場合があります。
- iCloud同期データは、SumJot内での削除および利用者自身のApple Account・iCloudの管理機能を通じて管理できます。
- 任意に送信した問い合わせ情報については、上記メールアドレスから確認・削除を依頼できます。
10. 子どものプライバシー
SumJotは子どもを特定の対象として設計されたサービスではなく、開発者が運営するサービスを通じて子どもの個人情報を故意に収集しません。保護者の方が、子どもから問い合わせ情報が送信されたと考える場合は、連絡先までお知らせください。
11. 第三者サービス・国外処理
AppleのiCloud、CloudKit、App Store、StoreKit、問い合わせに使用するGoogleのGmail、および本サイトを配信するGitHub Pagesは、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理する場合があります。これには、利用者の居住国以外にある設備での処理が含まれることがあります。
本サイト自体はCookie、アクセス解析、広告、外部フォントまたは追跡用スクリプトを使用しません。ただし、GitHubはPagesの配信に必要な標準的なサーバーログ等を独自の方針に従って処理する場合があります。
12. 改定・お問い合わせ
アプリの機能や法令の変更等に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合、このページを更新し、施行日を表示します。利用者に重大な影響を与える変更については、実務上可能な範囲でアプリ内その他の合理的な方法により案内します。

Privacy Policy
SumJot Developer (the “Developer”) designs SumJot to handle no more information than necessary and to keep app data under the user's control.
1. Our Approach
SumJot does not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking. No account registration is required, and sheets or amounts are not sent to an application server operated by the Developer. This Policy explains handling on the device, through Apple services, in support communications, and on this website.
2. Data Stored by the App
Sheet names, row names, amounts, ordering, display settings, and other app data are generally stored on your device. A snapshot needed by the widget is stored in an iOS App Group container shared only by the SumJot app and its widget.
Deleted sheets remain in the in-app Trash for up to 30 days so that accidental deletion can be undone. You can permanently delete them from Trash before the 30-day period ends.
3. iCloud Sync
If you use iCloud Sync with SumJot Premium, app data such as sheets and rows is synchronized through Apple's private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. SumJot does not operate a separate server that stores this synchronized data.
Apple's terms and Privacy Policy apply to processing by iCloud and CloudKit.
4. Purchase Information
Apple processes lifetime purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. The Developer does not receive your credit-card number or other payment-method details.
SumJot reads product information, verified transaction results, and entitlement information provided by Apple only as needed to display prices, complete or restore purchases, and unlock Premium features.
5. App Lock
When App Lock is enabled, iOS performs authentication using Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. SumJot and the Developer do not receive or store biometric data. The app receives only whether authentication succeeded.
6. Exports and Sharing
CSV or image export occurs only when you initiate it. You then choose where to save or share the exported file. The chosen destination's terms and privacy policy govern its subsequent handling.
7. No Advertising, Analytics, or Tracking
SumJot includes no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or other third-party SDK. It does not use an advertising identifier or track you across apps or websites. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected-data categories.
8. Support Communications
If you contact support by email, the Developer receives the email address, message, and attachments that you voluntarily provide. They are used only to answer you, investigate a reported problem, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Support information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted, unless retention is required for a dispute or by law. Support email uses Google's Gmail and is therefore also processed through Google's service.
You may request access to or deletion of support information by emailing hitorigoto.app@gmail.com. A request may be limited by identity-verification needs or a legal retention obligation.
9. Deletion and Your Choices
- You can delete rows and sheets in the app.
- You can permanently delete a discarded sheet from Trash immediately or let it expire after 30 days.
- Uninstalling the app removes local app data, subject to normal iOS backup and restoration behavior.
- You can manage iCloud-synchronized data by deleting it in SumJot and through your own Apple Account and iCloud controls.
- You can request access to or deletion of voluntarily submitted support information by email.
10. Children's Privacy
SumJot is not specifically directed to children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a developer-operated service. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted support information may contact the Developer.
11. Apple Services and International Processing
Apple's iCloud, CloudKit, App Store, and StoreKit; Google's Gmail used for support; and GitHub Pages used to host this site may process information under their respective terms and privacy policies. This may include processing on infrastructure outside your country of residence.
This site itself uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, external fonts, or tracking scripts. GitHub may nevertheless process standard server logs needed to provide GitHub Pages under its own policies.
12. Changes and Contact
If app features or legal requirements change, this Policy may be revised. The updated page will show its effective date. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
