利用規約
本規約は、SumJot 開発者（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ「SumJot」の利用条件を定めるものです。
1. 適用と同意
利用者は、SumJotをダウンロード、インストールまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、SumJotを利用しないでください。
SumJotのアプリケーションライセンスには、Appleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）も適用されます。本規約と強行法規または放棄できない消費者の権利が抵触する場合は、当該法令または権利が優先します。
2. サービスの内容
SumJotは、名前を付けた表に数値を入力し、加減算や合計の確認、書き出しなどを行うためのユーティリティです。SumJotが表示する結果は一般的な情報提供を目的とし、金融、会計、税務、法務その他の専門的な助言ではありません。
3. 利用許諾と禁止事項
開発者は利用者に対し、Appleの利用規則および本規約に従って、利用者が所有または管理するApple製品上でSumJotを個人的に利用する、限定的、非独占的、譲渡不能の権利を付与します。
利用者は、法令に違反する目的での利用、アプリや関連サービスへの妨害・不正アクセス、第三者の権利侵害、または法令上明示的に認められる範囲を超える複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング等を行ってはなりません。
4. 利用者の責任
入力内容、符号、計算結果、書き出したファイルの内容が目的に適しているかは、利用者自身で確認してください。重要な情報については、利用者の責任で適切なバックアップや原本の保管を行ってください。SumJotの表示結果に基づく判断は、利用者自身の責任で行われるものとします。
5. SumJot Premium
現在提供しているのは買い切りプランのみです。自動更新や定期的な請求はありません。価格と通貨は購入確認前にApp Storeが表示する内容に従います。
買い切りプラン
買い切りプラン（Lifetime Purchase）は、一度の購入で対象バージョンのSumJot Premium機能を利用できる非消費型アプリ内課金です。将来、別個の製品またはサービスとして提供される機能まで含むことを保証するものではありません。
請求・解約・返金・復元
購入、請求および返金はAppleが処理します。買い切りのため、定期購読の解約手続きはありません。購入の復元には、購入時と同じApple Accountが必要です。
6. iCloud等の外部サービス
SumJotはiCloud、CloudKit、App StoreおよびStoreKit等のAppleのサービスを利用する場合があります。これらの利用にはAppleの規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。通信状況、Apple Account、容量、保守、障害その他の理由により、同期、購入または復元が遅延・停止することがあります。
7. 変更・停止
開発者は、品質、安全性、法令への対応その他合理的な理由により、SumJotの機能、提供条件または対応環境を変更することがあります。また、やむを得ない場合には提供を一時停止または終了することがあります。実務上可能な場合は、重要な変更について合理的な方法で案内します。本項は、適用法令により利用者に認められる放棄不能な権利を制限しません。
8. 保証と責任の制限
SumJotは、適用法令で認められる範囲において、現状有姿かつ提供可能な状態で提供されます。開発者は、SumJotが常に中断なく動作すること、すべての誤りが修正されること、特定目的への適合性、計算・同期・書き出し結果の完全性を保証しません。
開発者の責任は、適用法令で認められる範囲に限られます。本規約のいかなる記載も、消費者契約法その他の法令により制限できない利用者の権利、または開発者の故意・重過失による責任を排除・制限するものではありません。
9. 知的財産権
SumJotおよび本サイトに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者がSumJotへ入力したデータに関する権利は、利用者または当該データの正当な権利者に留保されます。
10. 規約の変更・準拠法・連絡先
本規約を変更する場合、開発者はこのページを更新し、施行日を表示します。利用者に重大な影響を与える変更については、実務上可能な範囲でアプリ内その他の合理的な方法により案内します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者の居住地で適用される強行的な消費者保護法令を排除するものではありません。本規約の一部が無効となっても、残りの部分は引き続き有効です。

Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the SumJot application provided by SumJot Developer (the “Developer”).
1. Acceptance and Apple Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SumJot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SumJot.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the application license. Mandatory law and non-waivable consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
2. The Service
SumJot is a utility for entering numbers in named sheets, performing addition and subtraction, viewing totals, and exporting results. Its output is for general informational purposes and is not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice.
3. License and Acceptable Use
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SumJot personally on Apple products that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules and these Terms.
You must not use SumJot unlawfully, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the app or related services, infringe another person's rights, or copy, modify, or reverse engineer SumJot except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for checking your entries, signs, calculations, and exports for suitability and accuracy. Keep appropriate backups or original records for important information. Decisions made using SumJot's output remain your responsibility.
5. SumJot Premium
Only a lifetime purchase is currently offered. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. The App Store shows the applicable price and currency before confirmation.
Lifetime Purchase
The lifetime plan is a non-consumable in-app purchase providing access to the covered SumJot Premium features after a single payment. It does not guarantee access to features that may later be offered as a separate product or service.
Billing, Refunds, and Restoration
Apple processes purchases, billing, and refunds. A lifetime purchase has no subscription to cancel. Restoring a purchase requires the Apple Account used for that purchase.
6. Apple Services
SumJot may use Apple services including iCloud, CloudKit, the App Store, and StoreKit. Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to those services. Sync, purchase, or restoration may be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, Apple Account status, storage capacity, maintenance, outages, or other conditions.
7. Changes and Discontinuation
The Developer may change SumJot's features, conditions, or supported environment for reasonable purposes such as quality, safety, or legal compliance. The app may be suspended or discontinued when necessary. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated by an appropriate method. This section does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SumJot is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Developer does not warrant uninterrupted operation, correction of every error, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete accuracy of calculations, synchronization, or exports.
The Developer's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in SumJot and this site belong to the Developer or the applicable licensors. Rights in data that you enter remain with you or its lawful owner.
10. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
If these Terms change, this page and its effective date will be updated. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
