不具合の報告では、お使いのiPhoneの機種とiOSのバージョン、何をしたときに起きたかを書いていただけると、原因の特定が早くなります。
購入について
買ったはずのSumJot Premiumが反映されていません
設定画面の「購入を復元」を押してください。課金画面の下部からも同じ操作ができます。この操作は、権利の有無にかかわらずいつでも実行できます。それでも戻らない場合は、購入に使ったApple IDでサインインしているかご確認ください。
SumJot Premiumは月額ですか
いいえ。買い切りが1つだけで、自動更新はありません。解約という手続きもありません。一度購入すれば、同じApple IDで使い続けられます。
無料のままだと何ができますか
表を5つまで、1つの表につき15行まで作れます。すでに作った表や行は、この上限とは無関係にいつでも読めますし、書き換えも削除もできます。上限が効くのは「新しく増やすとき」だけです。
データについて
表を間違えて消しました
消した表は30日間ごみ箱に残ります。設定画面の「ごみ箱」から戻せます。30日を過ぎたものは復元できません。
最初から入っている表を消してしまいました
はじめて起動したときに置かれるサンプルの表は、消すと元に戻りません。ご自身で新しい表を作ってお使いください。
機種を変えます。データは移せますか
SumJot PremiumのiCloud同期を入れていれば、同じApple IDの端末で自動的に揃います。同期を使っていない場合、データはその端末の中だけにあります。移行の前にCSVで書き出しておくことをおすすめします。
iCloud同期が動きません
端末の設定でiCloudにサインインしていること、iCloud Driveが有効であることをご確認ください。同期は購入後、アプリを開き直したときから有効になります。反映まで少し時間がかかることがあります。
App ロックについて
App ロックを解除したい
設定画面の「App ロック」をオフにしてください。解除にSumJot Premiumは要りません。購入していない状態でも、いつでもオフにできます。ご自身のデータから締め出されることはありません。
Face IDが使えない端末では
Touch IDまたは端末のパスコードで解除できます。パスコードが設定されていない端末では、App ロックを入れられません。
その他
返金してほしい
購入はAppleが処理しています。返金の申請はAppleの「問題を報告」から行ってください。開発者が直接返金することはできません。
対応している言語と端末は
日本語・英語・簡体字中国語・繁体字中国語・韓国語・スペイン語・フランス語・ドイツ語の8言語です。iPhone専用で、iOS 18.0以降に対応しています。

Purchases
I bought SumJot Premium but it is not active
Tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings. The same action is available at the bottom of the purchase screen. It can be tapped at any time, whether or not you own the product. If it still does not come back, check that you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy it.
Is SumJot Premium a subscription?
No. There is a single lifetime purchase and nothing renews. There is nothing to cancel. Once bought, it stays with your Apple ID.
What do I get without paying?
Up to 5 sheets, and up to 15 rows in each sheet. Sheets and rows you already made stay readable, editable and deletable regardless of that limit. The limit only applies when you add something new.
Your data
I deleted a sheet by mistake
Deleted sheets stay in the trash for 30 days. Recover them from “Trash” in Settings. After 30 days they cannot be recovered.
I deleted the sample sheet
The sample sheet placed on first launch does not come back once deleted. Create your own sheet instead.
I am changing phones. Can I move my data?
With iCloud sync (part of SumJot Premium) your sheets appear automatically on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Without sync, your data lives only on that one device. Exporting to CSV before you switch is a good idea.
iCloud sync is not working
Check that you are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is on. Sync becomes active the next time you open the app after purchase. It can take a moment for changes to appear.
App Lock
I want to turn App Lock off
Turn off “App Lock” in Settings. You do not need SumJot Premium to turn it off. It can be switched off at any time, with or without the purchase. You will never be locked out of your own data.
My device has no Face ID
Touch ID or your device passcode will unlock it. On a device with no passcode set, App Lock cannot be turned on.
Other
I would like a refund
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Which languages and devices are supported?
Eight languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French and German. SumJot is iPhone only and requires iOS 18.0 or later.
